Coming in the third spot on the list is the 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged V6 engine found in the E400. This engine offers 329 horsepower and 354 lb.-ft. of torque and shows up with 20 city/29 hwy mpg for the RWD version and 20 city/28 hwy mpg for the AWD model.
The hybrid powertrain shows up at this point in the form of a E400 Hybrid which is powered by a 3.5-liter hybrid V6 plus an electric motor. This power pairing allows for 329 horsepower and 457 lb.-ft. of torque while adding fuel efficiency to the car that gives it 24 city/29 hwy mpg allowing for power and fuel mileage to combine.
Next up is the 4.7-liter V8 engine located in the E550 model. This engine offers up to 402 horsepower and 443 lb.-ft. of torque while giving a fuel efficiency of 18 city/26 hwy mpg. This and the next two models are only available with all-wheel drive aboard.
At the top of the line are the two version of the AMG models. The first is a 5.5-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine that is in the E63 AMG 4Matic which comes with 550 horsepower and 531 lb.-ft. of torque and comes in with a fuel mileage of 16 city/23 hwy mpg.
The final engine in this very long lineup of engines is found in the E63 AMG S 4Matic and shows up as a 5.5-liter twin-turbocharged V8. This engine offers 577 horsepower and 590 lb.-ft. of torque which shows up with a fuel mileage of 15 city/22 hwy mpg and gives owners of this model the most for their money for performance and power.
On the inside the E-Class offers comfort and space for all to fully enjoy. Plenty of headroom, legroom and posh luxury features will pamper every occupant of E-Class. The standard features found on the E-Class are exactly what is expected. One of the surprising items left off the standard features list is a navigation system which can be had as an option.

The AMG models are much higher showing up at $95,000 for the AMG and at $101,000 for the AMG S model. Having the Cabriolet version of any model increases these prices significantly, but as one of the world’s premium luxury cars that everyone wants and only some can afford the E-Class is a fantastic car to buy and fully appreciate.
